This tour honours that resistance\, marking 25 years since two defining moments in Canadian queer history: \n\n\nThe Supreme Court case Little Sisters Bookstore v. Canada \n\n\nThe passing of the Modernization of Benefits and Obligations Act \n\n\nBut this tour is not just about the past—it’s about the stories still echoing now. Stories that shape who we are and where we go next. \n🎙️ What to Expect\nThe ECHO Tour is an evening of poetry\, conversation\, reflection\, and truth-telling.\nOur speakers will share stories from history and lived experience—stories that would have been censored 25 years ago\, and in many places\, still are. \nThis is not just a show. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to another night of Queer Line Dancing at the Bus Stop Theatre! No experience required! Come learn fun beginner-friendly line dances with your local cowgirl\, Ive Velikova. \nDoors open at 7 | Tutorials starts at 7:15 \nWe’ll teach a few beginner-friendly dances and offer breaks in between tutorials! You can dance as much or as little as you’d like! Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. Come dance\, laugh\, and connect with community! \nAll bodies welcome 🩷🤠 \n—- \nBus Stop Theatre Accessibility Notes \nThe front door is automatic and has high and low power buttons. Immediately inside the building\, a ramp takes you up to the lobby. A hand rail is located on the left along the ramp. \nIn the back left side of the lobby\, there are three all gender washrooms with bright yellow doors and braille signage. In the accessible washroom stall\, the toilet is in the back right hand corner with grab bars on both the right hand side and behind the toilet. An adjustable grab bar is also available to the left of the toilet. The other two bathrooms are not fully accessible but do have grab bars.
