DESCRIPTION:Join Prismatic for a night of music with Djely Tapa\, opening with Sarah’s Land Acknowledgement from the Deep by Sarah Prosper! \nBorn into an illustrious lineage of griots\, Djely Tapa leaves her audience breathless with a repertoire suspended between Sahelian atmospheres\, blues\, and electro. In May 2019\, Djely Tapa was named Révélation Musique du Monde by Radio-Canada and in June 2020\,  her first album Barokan won Best World Music Album at the 2020 Junos. \nDescendante d’une lignée illustre de griots maliens\, la chanteuse Djely Tapa anime la scène avec un répertoire en suspens entre ambiances sahéliennes\, blues et électro. En mai 2019\, Djely Tapa a été nommée Révélation Radio-Canada Musique du Monde et Barokan a été nommé “meilleur album musique du monde” aux Junos 2020.
