DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening of new original and improvised music by Yarrow Trio and Angela Sande. Yarrow Trio features:\n\n\nNicola Miller on alto saxophone\nSam Wilson on guitar\nGabriella Ciurcovich on bass\n\nYarrow focuses on lush\, warm textures and melodies\, while occasionally dipping their toes into more experimental sounds with each musician contributing their unique musical identity within the ensemble. Yarrow performs original music that ventures into various forms of improvisation as well as some of the more obscure jazz repertoire\, folk music\, Brecht\, and more.\n\nAngela Sande is a Halifax based jazz vocalist and songwriter. This performance will showcase an eclectic mix of new original songs\, blending modern jazz and singer-songwriter sensibilities.
