Come on back to the Bus Stop! We are SO excited to announce that our renovations are nearing completion and will be finished just in time for our annual fundraiser. Join us on Sunday, August 14th for a special 2 part event to show off our new and improved facilities!
From 2-6pm, we’ll be hosting a visual arts exposition and pop-up artisan market showcasing both emerging and established artists working in a variety of mediums in our community. And back by popular demand, we’ll be having a dance party at the Bus Stop, featuring some special performances! Doors open at 8pm, with dancing from 8:30pm-midnight!
Come socialize in our beautiful new lobby, grab a drink or two from our bar if that’s your thing, and explore the blackbox, dressing rooms, and our new community room! Purchase raffle tickets towards some exciting prize packs donated by local businesses! Pick up some new art! Catch some short performances by Co-op members! Dance the night away!
Admission will be by PWYC donation and you’ll be entered to win our door prize!
Proceeds from this event will go towards co-operative operations and programming such as the Inclusion Funds, Writers’ Circle and StART.
Stay tuned in the coming weeks for our list of artists, vendors, and performers participating in the fundraiser, as well as a sneak peak at some of the items we’ll be raffling off throughout the event. Hope to see you all there!
