Elektrik Boogaloo’s Bus Stop Bash

Halifax’s premier party band, Elektrik Boogaloo is back – better than ever – bringing you the hottest dance party of the summer! Come on out to The Bus Stop Theatre Co-op on Saturday July 6th to dance your pants off with all your favourite artists old and new. From Bruno Mars to Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Wonder to Spice Girls and everything in between! With special guest Mattel’s starting the show at 8pm, it’s sure to be a non-stop party, with drink specials at the bar running all night long. AND all profits from the night will be donated directly BACK to the Bus Stop Theatre!!

Formed in 2013, Elektrik Boogaloo is a Halifax-based party band comprised of Lead Singer Becca Guilderson, Colin Boyd on Sax Keyboard & Vocals, Nick Leslie on Guitar, Alex Mills on Bass, and Matthew Schofield on Drums.

The group plays upbeat and energetic covers of a huge range of funk, pop and rock artists, spanning from the 70’s to today’s best dance hits.

All profits from the evening will be donated back to the Bus Stop Theatre, our favourite amazing performance arts venue in North End Halifax, currently in the middle of a campaign to save their space and keep themselves open! 2019 is a critical year for the Bus Stop, as they face the potential closure of their space.
