This will be an interactive experience for the viewers at home!
The intention is soothe and nurture the nervous systems of the viewers.
This will happen by an intentional weaving of healing performances with singing bowls, vocals and interpretive dance.
Your host @mariah.kundaliniyoga (Mariah Pelley Smith) will be giving an intro to meditation and give you tools to soothe your nervous system and mind during these interesting times.
You may be used to the black, blue and red… we have introduced new colours, to bring a softness and a slowness in the space.
