Forward Music Group presents River of Diamonds album release for ‘Photon Touch’ April 20 at The Bus Stop Theatre. River of Diamonds is poet/vocalist Michelle Elrick and producer/musician Michael Belyea. Their stage show combines pop instrumentation, upbeat grooves, spoken word and video projection into an immersive audience experience.
‘Photon Touch’ is their debut full-length album, released in tandem with a 24-page book of the poems published by Trunk Sale Independent Press and printed by Gaspereau Printers.
Michelle Elrick is an award-winning poet and author of two previous books, including Then/Again (Nightwood, 2017).
Michael Belyea is a professional drummer (Jenn Grant, David Myles, Olympic Symphonium), multi-instrumentalist and producer. He released a solo album, Burier, under the name Taung Child in 2014.
