After the sudden death of his partner, Tom goes to a remote farm to attend the funeral and visit the deceased’s family, where he discovers the mother, Agatha, and her son, Francis, don’t know he exists. In a bleak rural setting, trapped by his all-consuming grief, Tom becomes implicated in a dangerous web of lies that threatens his own reality.
