24 Hour Theatre is back!!! Applications for participants are now open!
10 designated spaces in the event from among all roles will be held for BIPOC, trans, non-binary, and folks from the disability community. Applicants are invited to self identify if they feel comfortable doing so.
Artists will be selected with the intention to create a balance between emerging and established artists, opportunities for new participants, and theatre related experience.
Please note: Due to the current Covid regulations, all participants in this year’s 24hr theatre will need to be double vaccinated (at least 14 days prior to the event). This does not apply to writers, who could write from home.
What is 24 Hour Theatre you ask? Writers have 12 hours to write a script. Then directors, actors, stage managers and designers have 12 hours to create the shows. 24 hours later the pieces are thrown on stage for your all around enjoyment.
Tickets will be available at the door for Pay What You Can (suggested $10) with all proceeds going to support the new and improved Bus Stop Theatre!
